As a member of our Purchasing Department, youll operate with perfectly coordinated supply chains and the latest innovations in the automotive industry. Heres where youll make an impact Youll skillfully create and implement sourcing strategy of the battery cell category, by leading cross functional teams across all plants and projects. Additionally, youll ensure a competitive supplier portfolio to fulfill business needs in terms of technology, quality, cost competitiveness, supply, environmental and ethical capabilities. Moreover, youll make sure that materials and services are planned and available for key stakeholders, including manufacturing and operations, in order to fulfill set business targets. Last but not least , youll take care of the Total Cost Of Ownership (TCO) of the category you lead and manage RFI/RFQ process for your areas. This is your basic equipment University degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent experience, in combination with relevant professional experience Proven experience of successful negotiations in large volume and complex business agreements as well as knowledgeable in financials and cost structures with a strong focus on strategic supplier portfolio management and supplier management Previous experience and knowledge of battery cell/pack technology, market, chemistry, active materials and main cost drivers Your English: Off the charts!
